**About the Team**:
The DevOps team is responsible for design, improvement, and maintenance of a state-of-the-art Continuous Integration pipeline. Participate in the standardisation, building and documenting of infrastructure and services for software delivery, provide support for internal Project teams. Our DevOps team is a small team supporting a large development group and a very large codebase.
**What you will be doing**
- Participate in the standardisation, building and documenting of infrastructure and services for software delivery, provide support for internal Project teams
- Participate in a team made up of members of key disciplines such as Architecture, Quality Assurance, Development, Business Analysis, and Project Management working on.Net based solutions for large financial institutions supporting asset finance operations
- Use best practices and knowledge of technologies and processes that are appropriate for the DevOps disciplines to improve FIS products and/or services
- Work independently and receives mínimal guidance
- Serve as a resource for less experienced peers
- Other related duties assigned as needed
**What you bring**
**Technical Skills Requirement**:
- Demonstrated track record of working in the.Net ecosystem
- Good experience with C# Programming Language
- Fluent with Powershell scripting
- Experience in Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in Source Control Systems - Subversion, Git, and SCM concepts (branches, merges) in general
**Bonus if you have below**:
- Teamcity experience
- Jenkins experience
- Experience with Docker
- Experience in the Azure Kubernetes stack
- Familiarity with the Atlassian product suite; JIRA, Confluence
- Experience with MSBuild scripting
**Other Requirements**
- Must be eligible to work in Christchurch, New Zealand.
- Ability to conceptualize; implement automation for repetitive tasks
- Ability to perform analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment where multi-discipline team members work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
- Readiness to get your hands dirty and focus on delivering the goods to our clients and internal stakeholders
