Home in Heart Ltd, trading as Hideaway of Rotorua motel, located in Rotorua. We are looking for a Motel cleaner and receptionist to join our busy team.

We will provide minimum 30 hours to maximum 40 hours per week, at rate NZD $29.66 to NZD $ 30.00 per hour.

- Cleaning and tidy up motel rooms, hallways, lobbies, common areas
- Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Provide laundry services for guests
- Liaison and working with other teams and staffs
- Register and Check Guests in if required
- Confirm relevant guest information
- Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms
- Ensure proper room allocation

[What we require]:

- Preferably previous experience in cleaning or customer service
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies
- A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to be a proactive individual with strong organizational and time management skills
- Available on Weekends and Public Holidays
