Drainlayer

We need an experienced drainlayer in Timaru

**About the Role**:
You'll deliver a range of domestic, commercial and industrial drainage and reticulation works such as the construction of water, wastewater and stormwater reticulation upgrades, backflow prevention and testing to meet contract specifications.
- Excavate, lay & backfill pressure mains
- Excavate, lay & backfill cable ducting
- Install pipework, manholes, etc.

**About You**:
You have civil construction experience, preferably in water, wastewater and stormwater and experience in the operation of plant (Class 2, WTR).

You're capable of working well in a team and autonomously if required and have a can-do attitude. You're punctual and reliable and are eager to learn.

Skilled and experienced labourers will be considered. PE Welding certificate is a bonus.
- Current Drain laying or reticulation serviceperson qualification preferred
- Experience with PE and/or PVC pipe installation methods
- Full driver’s license
