**We are looking for a full-time experienced HR Advisor to join our talented, fun, and collaborative HR team, based in our head office in Auckland.**
The role is varied and busy and the successful applicant would be willing to roll their sleeves up and get involved in supporting the wider business team on generalist HR activities, including projects and initiatives.
You will be part of our wider centrally-based HR Team, who manage our national workforce. This may require travel to our regional offices.
**As an HR Advisor at Healthvision, you would be responsible for**:
- Recruitment, selection, and on-boarding, business support, HR documentation, performance management, as well as assisting with all people management processes and policy implementation.
- Liaise with, coach, and support line managers through ER issues from leading investigations to supporting performance improvement and disciplinary processes.
- Participate in key change management initiatives for our organisation.
- Upskilling, and keeping abreast of relevant legislation changes and its impact on the organisation.
**To be successful in this role**:
You would ideally have a creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to influence others. You would have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build and establish relationships and:
- Have proven work experience as a Generalist HR Advisor or HR Consultant.
- Be organised, flexible and have the energy, drive and passion to see projects through to completion.
- Have a sound understanding of HR best practices and NZ employment legislations.
- Ability to think pragmatically and provide sound advice on a range of HR & ER issues.
- A high level of working independently is a must.
- A tertiary qualification in HR or Business-related qualification.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and excellent time management skills
- You should have the right to work legally and permanently in New Zealand.
