Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We are looking for a permanent, part time 0.7 FTE Consultant General Medicine Physician.
You will be working in one of nine General Medicine inpatient teams at Wellington Hospital, in the provision of acute inpatient care to adult patients.
We are looking for someone to provide consultant services and leadership for the medical team to facilitate provision of appropriate high quality service to the patients that come under his/her care and commits to maintaining a collaborative and collegial professional environment.
Moū - About you
- Vocationally registered in Internal Medicine with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ)
- FRACP or equivalent qualification and be able to register for with the MCNZ
- Able to work independently and in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Able to provide consistently high standards of medical care
