**The role & team**
- Our Technology department have a unique opportunity for an IT Site Operations Coordinator to join the team. Reporting into the Site Operations Manager, you will provide support to our store estate by ensuring all required IT equipment and services are fully operational or ceased as appropriate for store openings, relocations, expansions, refurbishments, and closures.
- As the IT Site Operations Coordinator, you will co-ordinate and process various store rollout requests, liaise with store partners and IT support office personnel to ensure IT servers are operational and working currently. Your role will be based in NSW with regular travel within the state to support IT store works. There will be occasional opportunities to travel interstate and overseas to NZ as required by the business.
**What we are looking for**
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- A passion for technology and an understanding of IT equipment and networking concepts
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively with several items on the go
- Strong communication skills and confidence in directing vendors and providing updates to Store Partners on progress
- Current Driver’s License
