With presence in 14 markets across Asia Pacific, our client is seeking a Graduate to join their NZ team. In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for performing all credit analysis and DRA related tasks according to specific process and rating delegations.
**The Role**
- Conduct research, phone interviews and/or field visits to get all relevant business information
- Credit research and analysis on risk assessments with regular monitoring on company information to maintain consistency of information
- Responsibility for improved portfolio monitoring and aim to reduce claims
- Maintain company’s shareholding format in company’s system
- Manage production of DRA C
- Monitor special industry sectors to be assigned and report on these sectors
- Strive to deliver the service quality to maintain competitiveness in the marketplace
- Provide initiatives to management to continuously improve procedures and workflow of the risk assessment quality
- Manage various projects from the wider team and various departments
**About you**:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Finance preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to notice any discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to build rapport and maintain strong working partnerships
- Highly motivated, responsible, with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to learn quickly and enjoys a challenge
- Works well under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
- A team player
