**The opportunity**

- Your opportunity exists within our Services Consulting team to deliver quality design and implementation services to our customers, focusing on online solutions for the Professional Services industry. We are a trailblazing consulting team delivering best in class online solutions with our sophisticated offerings and open eco systems.

**About the role**
- You have an opportunity to join the Services Consulting Team as a Services Consultant in a permanent full-time role. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, this role partners with Accountancy Practices clients who are excited to adopt our exciting SaaS products.
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that solutions meet customer specifications and providing customers with a service that continually updates and improves their system use. Work and advice delivered are of high quality, exceeding their service expectations.
- This highly autonomous role will see you take charge of the customers outcomes. With your own portfolio of customers, you will utilise your skills to solve problems, look for opportunities and identify risks, driving customer success and high adoption of MYOB platforms. This is achieved by working with customers in the accounting industry to support them on issues and projects.
- In addition to servicing your customers, your support of your team and the broader customer base is vital.

**About you**
- You are a motivated and proactive consultant or accountant who thrives in a customer focused environment
- Intimate experience with understanding of the opportunities an ERP has with accounting practices; e.g. you may be an Accountant or an Accounting lecturer,
- Previous experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Consultant or Services Consultant with SaaS products is great to have, but not essential
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Contribute actively and engage with your team and stakeholders, offering insights and thoughts on solutions and outcomes.
- Strong financial acumen gained from your business experience and/or tech savvy accounting background
- Functional knowledge of project management and document management products or a similar/other product is highly regarded
- Our customers are based across AU & NZ, you’ll be open to travel to support the customer.
