**THE OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service** **Representative** to work within our sales teams in **Christchurch**. As a motivated Sales professional who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude, your primary focus will be to build customer relationships over the phone, online and face to face.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Utilise your selling skills to provide solutions to customers
- Collaborate and support team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Commitment to continual growth, learning and training
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales to meet customer’s needs
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced service centre environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business
- An eye for detail with strong administration and data entry skills
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
