We are now recruiting for a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Christchurch office in a fixed term capacity.

The ideal person will have good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, and a willingness to become actively involved in ensuring our busy Christchurch office runs smoothly from both an administration and reception point of view. They will take pride in ensuring the office is immaculate at all times and will work with other members of staff to ensure we provide a seamless experience for all those entering our space.

The duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to reception tasks, general office administration, arranging catering and organising events for both clients and employees.
- Good administrative skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and use their initiative
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and front of house skills
- Good relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Accurate typing ability
- Professional telephone manner
- High energy and enthusiasm
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle

Previous administration experience is preferred however we will consider an NCEA Level 3 school leaver who meets all other criteria and is looking to establish their administration career in Christchurch.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term, 40 hour position.
