What will you do?

As the Tauranga Team Administrator for a team of approximately 30 people, you will join our Land and Water Service Group where you will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that
_bring ideas to life _for our clients across all types of Land Infrastructure, Water, and Geospatial practice projects.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world's economic development and it's the technical expertise and the depth of our knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to
_bring ideas to life_:
- Gather information and prepare documentation required for bids/submissions, fee letters, and project set-up- Monitor progress on actions from meetings and projects, and report back on progress and outstanding actions- Organise meetings and support the Service Group leadership with other administrative tasks as required- Support the Tauranga-based team to deliver an outstanding client experience- Use good Information Management principles- Organise client events as required-
- Record and maintain project-related documentation- Continually seek and respond to client feedback

What can you bring to the team?- Previous experience as an administrator or project coordinator- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a desire to learn other software and systems- Excellent communication skills- The ability to approach tasks with initiative, and the desire to go the extra mile
