Flexibility and your development are key here. You can work 40 hours per week on a roster-based system between Monday to Friday 8am-6pm and we can provide hybrid WFH options provided you meet our criteria and undergo our Hamilton-based training.

**This role would really suit someone who**:
You are a customer service representative with a big heart for helping. You will certainly thrive when you are in a busy and fast paced environment and are are comfortable navigating multiple IT systems. However, at the core of it, is your motivation to help every day New Zealanders to navigate lifes journeys and get them sorted with the right product at the right time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Capability to work within a wider team
- Empathetic, with a positive outlook
- You don't have to come from an insurance, financial services and or Contact Centre background - we can provide training and support so you can hit the ground running.
