Kumar & Kumari Ltd T/A Pizza Hut Ferrymead are currently looking for 3 Assistant Managers that are responsible for running shifts, providing a great customer experience to all of our valued customers in Canterbury Region in New Zealand. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensuring that customers receive prompt service and drive a customer service culture across the store. Checking and maintaining records of stock level and be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs Assist with the overall running and management of a busy fast-food environment. Promoting and advertising the outlet goods and services in consultation with the Store Manager. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulation. Assist the Store Manager to interview, hire, train, evaluate, dismiss and promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances. Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties Ensure the standards of food comply with legal requirement. Ensure area of the store is tidy and clean all the time. May perform occasional delivery work in absence of delivery drivers to ensure customers receive prompt service Take up any other reasonable job responsibility if requested by the Store Manager and/or Director. Be physically fit Be honest and reliable Ability to work on flexible hours including weekends Be drug free Clear Ministry of Justice check Great work ethic Excellent customer service Must be clean and tidy Satisfactory work reference checks Ability to commute to work with reliable travel as the store operates 7 days a week. Energy, integrity, and drive to succeed. Work Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 Year Relevant work experience is required for this position. Driving Licence Requirement:As the role requires training staff members which also include delivery drivers and ensuring that customers receive prompt service, including undertaking occasional delivery work in absence of delivery team; Full NZ Class 1 Driving Licence OR Equivalent International Drivers License with an ability to legally drive in NZ and obtain Class 1 License in New Zealand afterwards is required. Hours and Position:
- It is full time permanent job with minimum 30 hours per week. Pay Rate:
- $24 to $34.00 per hour Pay: $24.00
