We are looking for a confident and self-motivated person with a high level of administration skills to join our very well-known Rotorua based client.
The purpose of this position is to provide integrated administrative support to the team and certainly, in this role, you will be exposed to a diverse range of duties and challenges.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Delivery of high-quality administrative support which is solutions focussed and completed in a timely manner.
- Supporting the senior team in an administrative capacity to deliver key projects.
- Scheduling regular meetings with partners utilising video conferencing technology, recording decisions, assigned tasks and tracking the delivery of actions.
- Preparation and coordination of quotes, budgets and purchase orders for approval and distribution to contractors.
- Compile and monitor the administrative progress of significant projects.
- Develop and maintain mutual relationships of value with partners, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent numerical, verbal and written communication, high attention to detail, good organisation and problem-solving skills and be proficient using Microsoft Suite and Zoom.
Our client requires all staff to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
