The Health and Safety Partner will undertake activities to enable our leaders and workers to successfully achieve continuous Health and Safety improvement across the group and within their respective divisions; and be part of a working team that provides support and advice to enable SkyCity employees to confidently manage Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

The role provides guidance, advice and support in the implementation of Health & Safety improvement programmes. Help to identify risk issues and work with the team to develop and implement effective controls.

This is a challenging and constantly changing role for a team player with outstanding communication and relationship building skills. An ability to build strong working relationships and get along with others is essential as you will work closely with employees and managers.

To be successful you will have experience in a similar Health & Safety role with a qualification in Health & Safety or in occupational health and a minimum of 3-5 years front line safety operational/safety management experience along with a working knowledge of the NZ or Australia regulatory requirements.
