**Infrastructure and Digital Assets (IDA)** provide a range of services to support the delivery of Corrections' core business and ensure we can maintain consistent service delivery regardless of external events and crises. The group comprises four key areas: Asset Management, Procurement, Public Private Partnerships and Digital.
We have an exciting and transformational plan ahead designed to modernise our infrastructure and technology platform, delivering life changing digital technology for the people we manage and our staff.
**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Oversee the testing process and associated activities for a range of projects or BAU work streams
- Manage to successful completion the multiple test preparation and execution tasks
- Manage test resources, which may include testers from the test team, stakeholders from the business and vendor testers, to complete work on time and to a high standard
- Manage relationships between the test team and internal and external groups to ensure successful interactions occur that contribute to good outcomes for all parties and their differing needs
- Add value to our organisation by ensuing quality IT deliveries occur.

In addition to being a fantastic team player, you'll also bring:
- Robust understanding of and experience with managing all facets of the testing process
- Experience with and a thorough understanding of different development methodologies
- Strong skills managing resource and engaging with a wide range of people
- The ability to identify risk and to implement the best solution to address risks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
