**Systems Analyst.**

Te Whānau o Waipareira is currently searching for an experienced Systems Analyst to make an impact within the Data & Transformation team. This is a customer-facing role, working fulltime to deliver technical support across our products and business activities. You will bring a wealth of technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to manage our Whānau Tahi system at the highest level.
- The Systems Analyst will also play an important role in the training and mentoring of customer System Administrators, lifting capability across our network. Additional duties will include logging support tickets, resolving system issues, reviewing data, managing system upgrades, and consulting with our internal kaimahi (staff).**Your Skills & Experience.**
- Strong commitment to Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical, client-facing role.
- Experience with M365, SharePoint, Azure, Dynamics 365
- Experience with Power BI and Power Platform tools.
- Previous knowledge of training and coaching customers.
- Excellent written, verbal, and digital communication skills
- High level problem-solving and organisational skills.
