You will conduct vulnerability assessments and perform security analysis for diverse clients, helping them prioritize risk mitigation and maintain compliance. **Key Responsibilities**: - Perform in-depth vulnerability assessments using tools like Nessus and Tenable.io. - Analyze scan results to identify misconfigurations and security gaps. - Develop actionable recommendations for mitigating identified vulnerabilities. - Create detailed security reports and communicate findings to clients. - Assist with compliance assessments for HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and NIST standards. - Stay updated on emerging threats and security trends to provide informed advice. **Required Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - 3+ years of experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, or security analysis. - Experience with Nessus, Tenable.io, and other vulnerability management tools. - Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001. - Strong understanding of common vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10, CVSS scoring). - Excellent communication skills for creating reports and explaining findings to clients. **Compensation**: Hourly rates range from **NZ$30 - NZ$50**, depending on experience and project complexity.
