**Our Story**

At BestStart, we’re leaders in the early childhood sector, we make a difference and we love what we do. Right now we are looking for a Centre Manager to lead our BestStart Marne St team.

**What you’ll to day to day**

As a high-impact leader, reporting to an Area Manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children at BestStart Marne St and you’ll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be in your DNA.

**This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.**

**What we are looking for**:

- B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
- Strong understanding of programme planning, pedagogy and curriculum
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
- You’ll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others
- You are an innovator, both in input and output - being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you

Prove yourself in the Centre Manager and you may have the opportunity to be a part of our independent Centre Manager programme. This is where you get autonomy to run your centre, in your own way and if the centre delivers great outcomes, then you’ll be rewarded
