We are Trust and Loyalty Security seeking a Operations Supervisor to jump on board full time rotational shifts.

Experience in the industry is essential

**Rotational Hours**

Between Monday to Sunday

Must be flexible with availability and be able to drive across different sites in Auckland

40 hours (Overtime available)

**Requirements are;**

- Screening entry/exit
- Staff Management
- Customer service experience
- Conflict Management Experience
- Loss prevention
- Checklist management
- Theft management
- Police reporting
- Great work ethic
- Great with relationship building
- Client and Accounts Management
- Experience in reporting and using Microsoft Office
- KPI Driven
- Valid COA Required
- Fit and able to work
- Clear communication - Verbal and written
- Confident working in a team and independently
- Reliable transport
- Right to work New Zealand with valid Identification

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland City, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
