**About the Role**:
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team, reporting to the Head of Product & Services Development. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, strategising, and driving the sales of both existing and new seed and agchem products and services at Ravensdown. You will formulate and implement long-term strategic plans for these products and services, focusing on maximising return on investment for Ravensdown
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop a strong agchem and seed product strategy to grow Ravensdowns share of the market
- Contribute to the team's achievement of sales, by leading the growth of sales for current and new seed and agchem products and services through effective and efficient planning and management within the category
- Develop and evolve relationships with Cropmark Seeds and AgChem suppliers to develop new products and services to leverage and maximise sales and market share.
- Identify opportunities for new products and services through market research, market intelligence and close contact with the user base.
- Working closely with the Technical Seed/Agchem Manager, Head of New Products and Services and Science team, ensure that new products and services are developed and prepared for market.
**About You**:
**Ideal Skills & Experience**:
- Degree, preferably in Agriculture, Business, Marketing or Sales related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in category management or similar experience.
- Extensive knowledge in seed and agchem products.
- A high level of commercial acumen
- An understanding of the market and customer insights and trends.
- A sound understanding of farming systems, sustainable land management practices and rural issues.
