**Online Manager

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for people, operations, and delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a motivated Online Manager to join our leadership team at New World Mt Roskill.

About the Role

As our Online Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Online department, ensuring operational excellence across picking, packing, delivery, and click & collect. With the department experiencing strong growth, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive results, and play a key role in shaping the future of our Online offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support the Online team, always leading by example.
- Plan, monitor, and priorities the full online order cycle from picking to delivery.
- Manage rosters and wage budgets effectively (Sunday-Thursday roster).
- Drive KPIs, wage controls, and shrinkage targets.
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and online equipment to required standards.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and store policies.
- Build strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Step in to assist with picking and delivering orders during peak times or staff absences - this is a hands-on role where teamwork and flexibility are key.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to priorities, multitask, and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service focus and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to meet the role’s requirements.
- A full, clean driver’s license is essential.

Desirable Skills:

- Previous experience in food retail or online operations.
- Computer literacy and confidence with systems.
- Sound numeracy and written communication skills.
- Customer service or fresh food retail experience.
