**The opportunity**

Are you looking for a change within a new team, and keen to grow your administration skills in a new area? If so, due to an internal move we have a permanent full-time position available in the building services team. This is an interesting and varied role where you will advise on regulatory processes, support customers, and help with other administration tasks within the building services team. We are a tight-knit team working collaboratively to provide people with best value service across our District.

**To set you up for success, you'll have**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and quick to pick up new software systems.
- At least 3 years administration experience.
