**What you'll Do**
- Ensuring account growth strategies are in place to increase the volume and diversity of solutions
- Successfully implementing the company revenue acquisition plan to ensure that all opportunities are identified, planned and executed effectively
- Establish productive, professional relationships with multiple decision makers and key influencers
- Presenting to groups of agents and commercial head offices, at their sales meetings or working one on one to work out effective digital and print campaigns.
- Educating and positioning our products within your account portfolio
**What you'll need**
- An understanding of the real estate industry, particularly in residential.
- A good understanding of the digital media landscape.
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to conduct sales conversations using the key principles of questioning, listening and negotiation to reach a mutually beneficial outcome
We are not looking for someone to just come in to take on existing customers, but an individual who has strong connections in the property market and real estate sector, who can access without restriction, taking responsibility for winning new clients.
