The Office of Chief Justice has a secondment opportunity for the role of Judge's Associate at the Court of Appeal. This is a fixed-term opportunity until 30 June 2025, commencing as soon as possible and will be based in Auckland.

The role of a Judge's Associate includes typing, dictating, and proofreading documents, maintaining annotation texts, managing diary, organising functions, arranging travel itineraries and supporting visiting judiciary. There may be some travel to Wellington.

**Ō** pūkenga/Skills and Experience**
- Experience providing administration support within court systems or a legal firm
- Proficiency in Ministry procedures, business processes and database management
- Typing speed of at least 65 wpm with a very high level of accuracy and presentation
- Available for domestic travel.
