**Conveyor & Transmission**is New Zealand’s leader in Lightweight conveyor belting and service, with a good offering of rubber belting and associated conveyor components and systems.

We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate **Belt Cutter** to join our team in **East Tamaki**.**If you are technically or mechanically minded and just completed high school/college or a Uni graduate, we would also like to hear from you, full training will be provided.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Production of Conveyor Belts and general fabrication as required.
- Rubber lining and fabrication of rubber.
- Accurately measuring and cutting a variety of Conveyor Belts and Hoses.
- Checking inwards goods.
- Assisting On-site work as required
- Quality control of manufactured product
- Dispatch of goods as required
- Any other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the business

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Good mechanical aptitude and verbal communication.
- Being reliable, a team player, and physically fit is.
- A clean driver's licence is essential.
- Be conscious about Health & Safety.
- Have the ability to follow procedures, systems and solve problems.
