Right now, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Business Partner to join our finance team based in the heart of our venues in Britomart. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis across all levels of the business and advancing our Power BI reporting capabilities. The depth and breadth of this role is unparalleled, from working directly with the Board on strategic direction and potential expansion opportunities to monitoring venue performance and escalating issues on a weekly basis, there is always a new challenge around the corner.

This role requires a passionate individual, whose ability to provide meaningful financial insights is matched by their ability to engage with key stakeholders in the business. You will act as the key driver of venue financials, partnering with Group and Venue leaders and providing guidance in order to drive business success.
- A relevant finance/business qualification
- 5+ years’ finance experience in big 4 accounting firms or medium/large commercial enterprise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data
- Be inherently curious and driven, not afraid to explore new areas for analysis
- Proven ability to analyse weekly data into actionable insights and provide valuable recommendations to the business
- Advanced Excel skills including data visualization, financial modelling, and report development. Power BI experience is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Extensive use of sophisticated accounting and reporting software and ability to think across whole systems with a passion for excellence
- Experience in the Hospitality/Hotels industry would be ideal but not necessary
