We have an opportunity for a labourer with a current forklift licence (or the desire to obtain one) to join our friendly and supportive team based at our site in Marshs Rd, Christchurch. The main function of the role is to wash wheelie and front load bins using steam cleaners and water blasters. A current forklift licence is desirable

**The role**

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic person who loves to be part of a team

Reporting to the workshop supervisor, the key function of this role is to undertake the cleaning of both plastic wheelie bins and front load bins using water blasters and steam cleaners.

Other duties are listed below:

- Use a forklift to move the front load bins into position to wash.
- Keep the bin park areas tidy and well organised
- Assemble bins ready for delivery when required
- Assist in the engineering workshop when required
- Work as part of a team to keep the workshop and yard clean and tidy
- Ensure all tools and equipment used in the performance of work is safe to use & stored in a clean & correct manner.
- Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required.
