**About the Role**
This position is in the Woman Child and Family (WCF) Service providing secretarial support for our Senior Medical Officers, Clinical staff and Management Team with a focus on the Paediatric team. You will be part of an Administration Team reporting to the Administration Team Leader. Your main role is to support the Paediatric Team of 10 Paediatricians and 1 Paediatric Psychologist; 3-4 Paediatric Registrars.

**About you**
As a professional administrator the requirements needed in the role include:
- Excellent minute taking, using Word and Excel with accuracy, speed and layout.
- Be able to format and produce high quality error-free minutes, rosters, policies and procedures and reports.
- Quick to learn and use new computer programmes.
- An accomplished communicator, able to use your initiative appropriately, have a professional approach to your work with good time management skills.
- Support the administration team to ensure all workflows are met.
