The Govett-Brewster Art Gallery is seeking a casual Information Officer to support our front of house operations in our outstanding Customer Services Team.
As the key point of contact for the gallery’s wide-ranging visitors, your passion for contemporary art and for people will prove invaluable. You will be warm, welcoming and approachable and excited by engaging with our visitors and enhancing their experience of the gallery.
To be successful you will be energetic and enjoy learning and sharing information. You will be capable of providing exceptional customer service in any situation. While you will enjoy being part of a team, you will also be happy to work independently. Experience working with tour groups, events, audio-visual equipment and computers is advantageous.
The gallery is a 364 day-a-year operation, so you would need to be available for weekend and evening work.
