As part of a professional services CA firm, you will be tasked in supporting the bookkeeping and transactional accounting needs for the firm's external clients, working in conjunction with an experienced team of Bookkeepers and Senior Accountants.

This a permanent, full-time opportunity located in Central Auckland.

**A little bit about the role**:
Accounts Payable & Invoicing

Accounts Receivables/Credit Control

Payroll (Salaries, wages)

Preparation of PAYE & GST

Reconciliations & End of month procedures

Preparation of accounts to send to the Senior Accountants and BAS Managers for review

**So, who are we looking for?**

This is an opportunity for someone with an enthusiasm for action, who is constantly striving to get things done to a high standard and will enjoy the challenges associated with a rapidly scaling professional services firm.

At least 4 years of sound experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and bank reconciliation, either in a large scale business or professional services environment

Solid working experience in using Xero and Xero add-ons

Excellent written and verbal communication

Attention to detail and thoroughness

Driven by getting results and helping the company to succeed

Can-do attitude, comfortable taking on a range of tasks and undertaking operational activities as required

Highly organised, engaged and actively seeks opportunities for growth and improvement.

This role will allow you access to a wide range of clients and industries, hence no 2 days will be the same.

This role can offer flexibility (e.g. working parents looking to return to the workforce and others who require a flexible working arrangement). In addition to this there is flexibility (combination of working from office and home).
