We are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland. We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand. Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children's Hospital, located in central Auckland.

Radiology Day Stay is a unit which provides care for patient's pre and post procedure for the Interventional Radiology theatres. It is a busy unit which caters to and cares for both inpatients and outpatients.
This role is varied and involves a high level of contact from patients and professionals from different working groups.
Some of your responsibilities will include
- Maintaining patient's files
- Arranging and monitoring patient movements
- Actively updating information systems for data collection
- Assisting with administrative duties
- Reception for Day Stay

Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:
- At least 2 years experience in an admin, frontline or customer service role in a hospital setting, preferably with experience as a Ward Clerk
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work with a team of health practitioners
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly style and a can do attitude
- A commitment to achieving equitable outcomes for Māori
- Demonstrate attention to detail and possess strong organisational skills with innovative ideas
You will be part of a high performing and supportive team who all have a common passion, care and enthusiasm for delivering a high quality experience and outcome for our patients.
