**H2R Consulting** are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance leader for the **6 month contract** role of **Head of Finance**.

This is an extremely important role looking after, leading, and overseeing the development and strategic direction of approx. four separate finance teams.

**We are looking for someone with the following qualities**:

- Strong and proven ability to provide leadership and motivate a multi-disciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver and drive high quality and timely outputs
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial leadership role
- CA/CPA qualified
- Solid understanding of financial and business metrics, accounting principles, financial control, and cash flow management.
- Deep knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- Experience providing advice/making recommendations to Tier 2
- Experience producing papers and reports for Board/Committee level
