**Job Description**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Online Fulfilment 3IC to join our team

In this role, you will work closely with the Online Fulfilment 2IC & the Trading Manager to be responsible for everything Online related. You will help ensure that all online orders are accurately & efficiently picked and packed for our customers by the Online Fulfilment team. You will also assist with managing online back-orders, and ensure online returns are actioned in a timely manner.

You will have excellent communication skills, a great eye for detail and be able to remain cool under pressure

This is a permanent full time position working the following:

- Sunday 7am - 3.30pm
- Monday 8am - 4.30pm
- Tuesday 1pm - 9.30pm
- Wednesday and Thursday 9.30am - 6pm

**Qualifications**:
It can also be physically demanding at times so we’re looking for people with a great attitude and a good degree of strength and who can keep up with our fast-paced environment.

If you are a focused and resilient team player who is able to follow and execute plans along with having great organisational skills and excellent attention to detail then this is for you.
