What you’ll do
As the Support Consultant this is an excellent opportunity, joining a fantastic team of peers with opportunity to take your career to new heights You will be part of our extensive F&O business who support each other working collaboratively across locations. You will be the primary contact for a specified list of clients, managing all incoming requests and issues, prioritize and triage accordingly, then resolve or collaborate with other resources to resolve the requests and issues. You will also maintain open issue status and communication on open issues with the client and become their overall advocate for services.
What you’ll bring
**Your technical experience should include**:
- Experience as a D365 F&O in implementation or support.
- Knowledge / experience with Project Accounting / Services Industry.
- Strong knowledge of business processes.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business-related field (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and be challenged.
Your customer focus and communication skills will be a strength, along with an ability to develop and maintain productive internal and external relationships, partnerships and networks.
