Christchurch, New Zealand One Stop Pak Full time

We are looking for a dedicated driver for One Stop Pak Limited in Canterbury. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate of between $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. You are required to work as per the roster, and need to be available on weekends, late evenings and outstation travels.

**Job Duties and responsibility include**:

- Pick and collect food packaging and general merchandise items from the warehouse and shop.
- Deliver food packaging and general merchandise items to customers in Christchurch and outlying towns.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely arrival and dispatch of orders.
- Load and unload products carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain required delivery confirmations or signatures.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
- Follow all warehouse and road safety rules and regulations.
- Verify delivery orders and check packaging quantities before dispatch.
- Report any issues such as vehicle breakdowns, delivery delays, or incorrect orders promptly to supervisors.
- Role includes assisting the warehouse in devanning sea containers and moving inward and outward goods.

**Requirements -**
a. Valid New Zealand Class 2 driver’s licence.
b. Clean driving record with good knowledge of road safety regulations.
c. Good time management and route planning skills.
d. Good geographical knowledge of South Island cities and towns.
e. Physically fit and able to lift, load, and unload goods up to 20 kgs.
