**Key Responsibilities**:
Conducting site visits and audits to ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation

Implementing Health and Safety policies and procedures

Developing and delivering Health and Safety training to employees

Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure Health and Safety compliance on projects

Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions

Experience in Health and Safety coordination or advisory roles - ideally within construction, land development, engineering or similar

Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and regulations

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work in NZ permanently, without restrictions
