Our Asset Management and Facilities Unit are looking for a highly motivated, details orientated individual to join our team of professionals.

**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**

This role is responsible for ensuring future investment in facilities is well planned, developed and scoped using the best information available. It has a particular focus on reviewing and updating asset management plans, preparing planned maintenance and renewal programmes including business cases to inform investment decisions. The role also will provide high quality research, analysis and advice on facilities asset management within Council.

**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**

You'll have strong knowledge and experience in asset management, project planning including business case development, delivering lifecycle modelling, demand projections and financial plans for facilities.

With demonstrated experience building, managing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, you'll collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand project drivers and ensure the best planning outcomes are achieved.

To be successful in the role you'll have had a number of years' experience in a planning role with direct exposure to long term planning and have tertiary qualifications at a degree level.
