As Sales Support 2IC, you will work closely with the Sales Support Manager to assist in leading and developing your team in all customer critical processes at the "Front End", including the teams who work across Checkouts, Loss Prevention and Administration/Cashier. You will also assist in delivering the Labour Objectives, ensuring Internal Audit standards are met and take the lead role in Safety Hub administration. **This is a permanent full-time position covering the following shifts**: - Tuesday - Thursday - 12 pm-8 pm (Customer Service Team Member) - Friday & Saturday - 7:30 am-4 pm (Sales Support 2IC) The hourly rate you are paid for customer service shifts is $23.58 The hourly rate for Sales Support 2IC shifts is $25.70 **Qualifications**: Ideally you will have: - Proven retail experience - Strong leadership qualities - Commitment to the Customer and the in-store experience - Excellent Communication Skills Additional Information Our passion for making the desirable affordable for customers and for treating the community and environment with care and respect make us unique as a company.
