Here at Farm Source, the success of our farmers is at the heart of everything we do. From Invercargill to Kaitaia and everywhere in-between, our Farm Source whānau of 900 strong brings the collective strength of the Co-Op directly to farmers, connecting them with the products, services and advice they need to continue creating goodness for generations to come.

For our Agri-Business graduate programme, we’re looking for agricultural enthusiasts passionate to learn more and make a difference to our farmers and our communities.

Our Agribusiness Career Programme is typically made up of four 6-month placements; depending on the business unit you are working in. These placements will see you working in regions across the country, so there are great opportunities for you to spend time anywhere in Aotearoa.

As part of the programme you’ll get to learn about our whole business, receive on the job training to further your knowledge of the business and work on your own project by bringing fresh and new ideas on how to shape Farm Source in the future.

**Cultivate your career**

As with any new adventure, you’ll be making sure you’re ready before you embark. With graduation just around the corner, you’ll nearly be ready to take off the cap and gown and replace it with a Swanndri and gumboots.

**Watch it grow**

Applications for our graduate programme are open from Monday the 1st of August closing midnight Sunday the 14th of August with assessment centres taking place virtually on Wednesday the 31st of August.
