**Job Title**: Flair Cocktail Bartender - American Classic Cocktails Specialist

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Flair Bartending**: Perform flair bartending techniques, including bottle flipping, juggling, and showmanship, to enhance the guest experience and create a memorable atmosphere.
- **Cocktail Creation**: Specialize in crafting American classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, Manhattan, Negroni, Whiskey Sour, and more, ensuring consistency and quality with every drink.
- **Guest Interaction**: Engage and entertain guests while preparing drinks, ensuring a fun and welcoming environment. Provide exceptional customer service by creating personalized and memorable interactions.
- **Menu Knowledge & Innovation**: Stay informed on trends in the cocktail world, while maintaining expertise in American classic cocktails. Suggest and create new signature drinks that pay homage to traditional styles.
- **Bar Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organized bar, including stocking supplies, checking inventory, and ensuring equipment is in top working condition.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, including checking IDs and ensuring responsible alcohol consumption.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the bar team, including servers, chefs, and managers, to ensure smooth and efficient operations, from high-volume services to intimate, special events.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a flair bartender or cocktail bartender, with a focus on American classic cocktails.
- **Flair Skills**: Strong flair bartending skills, with the ability to perform tricks and create visually impressive displays while maintaining a high level of professionalism and skill.
- **Knowledge**: Deep understanding of American classic cocktails, spirits, and cocktail history.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a fun and professional manner.
- **Creative & Adaptable**: A creative flair and the ability to think on your feet while staying true to the core values of the establishment.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, especially during high-demand periods.
- **Certification**: Valid bartender certification (where applicable), along with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $23.15 - $24.00 per hour
