**What you'll be doing**
- Proactively market and advertise residential properties to potential buyers
- Conduct property viewings and open homes to showcase properties
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts on behalf of clients
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's success
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, industry regulations and best practices
