This position offers a unique opportunity to test the waters, gain valuable experience, and expand your expertise in emergency care nursing.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven senior nurse to become an integral part of our well-established ACNM Team here in the Emergency Department at Tauranga Hospital.

Our ACNM team has responsibility to encourage, support develop and coach the ED nursing team, provide leadership and contribute to the day to day control of the department.

You will work alongside the Clinical Nurse Manager to take forward organisational objectives and ensure departmental standards are met.

**There is a significant commitment to working after hours, weekends and holidays.**

**Do you have**:

- A Positive and can-do attitude
- Evidence of development and ongoing maintenance of professional portfolio, preferably at expert level?
- Extensive clinical experience in Emergency Care Nursing
- Past or present leadership role/experience
- A passion for promoting gold standard care
