We’re looking for a talented Operations Security Engineer to help us keep the good energy flowing.

In this interesting and varied role you will develop, implement, maintain and enhance the information security of our infrastructure software and hardware. This role is responsible for day-to-day security operations, including maintaining the security posture, identifying, and remediating vulnerabilities, implementing threat protection, and responding to security incident escalations.

You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for adding value to our business through good service delivery governance and practices. The Technology Operations team play an integral role in supporting business and enterprise initiatives in line with the technology strategy.

Along with your relevant tertiary qualification in computer science, technology or similar. It would be great if you had a security certification such as CISSP, GISP, and CISM

Along with 3+ years’ experience as a business analyst or security analyst you will have:

- 2+ years’ experience in the industry, preferably with experience in an infrastructure, network or systems engineer role
- Expertise across a variety of security products including firewalls, fortianalyzer, Darktrace, URL filtering, Information security and virus protection
- Deep understanding of core Microsoft cloud technologies and services, including Azure with a focus on IaaS and Office 365
- Understands ITIL framework and security best practice.
