**Job Description** Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role.**

We're looking for a team member to join us in the journey of providing bargains, championing sustainability and participating in local public good initiatives

You will thrive in our fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic to get the job done without compromising service standards. Success is a team effort, whether it be restocking shelves, cleaning areas of the store, or providing excellent customer service.

If your store contains an online fulfillment function, you will also ensure that online orders are efficiently picked from the shelves and packed by following the picking shelf processes correctly to maximize shelf availability.

**This is a permanent part-time position with the following hours of work**:

- Sunday 2pm - 9pm (2pm-5pm gardening shift and 5pm-9pm shopfloor shift)
- Monday 2pm - 9pm (2pm-5pm gardening shift and 5pm-9pm shopfloor shift)

**All applicants for this position should have either NZ residency or a valid NZ work Visa.**
**Qualifications** He kōrero mōu ake - About you**

Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial, but it’s not a requirement. Ideally you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and undertaking some heavy lifting
