Our multidisciplinary team is made up of a range of talented, skilled and compassionate professionals, who work together to provide holistic care for our tāngata whaiora. Our unwavering focus is on supporting those in our community who are most vulnerable - individuals with serious and enduring mental illness who require specialised care beyond primary care or NGOs. **Ko wai koe | About You**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced nurse with a strong background in mental health nursing, particularly in adult community psychiatry, to join our multidisciplinary team in a community mental health setting. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of clients on your caseload, working closely with colleagues in the Community Mental Health Team. You will be confident and motivated to work autonomously, while also collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse disciplines. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in providing high-quality care to our clients, and your ability to work seamlessly with other professionals will be critical in our multidisciplinary team approach.
- 1 FTE permanent position working Monday to Friday day shift

In order to be successful in this role, the following is required:

- Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current APC and mental health scope
- Skills and experience in assessment and case management.
- Knowledge of and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Have a full New Zealand driver - s license
