Auckland City Hospital Main Reception is looking for Reception Superstars to join their friendly existing team of Receptionist.
- Work with a close -knit team
- Service oriented team with dynamic daily challenges.
- Collaborate with Staff, patient and Whanau.
- Rostered 8hr shifts Monday
- Sunday 6:00am - 8:00pm
Our friendly team of receptionist provide support to all staff, patients and whanau, couriers, whether it is finding your way around the hospital, locating loved ones, confirming locations or general enquires.

To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Excellent English proficiency
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong attendance record
- Be a team player
- Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude
- Resiliency, adaptability and flexibility to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Fast learner, great at Multitasking, excellent time management skills.
- Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, in-house computer systems Hippo, Kiosk, Mahi ē Taea, CMS, CHIPS, iBleep, Beims, Fleetwise and Spark paging.
