**Liquor Store Assistants**

Our busy Liquor Hut/vape store in Otahuhu Auckland is presently looking for three (3) Liquor Store Assistants to join the team.

This business is open 7 days a week and the role requires working a variable roster, including night and weekend work.

**About the role - Liquor Store Assistant**
This is an energetic and hardworking team that enjoys having fun along the way. The job involves heavy lifting of boxes, customer service both on the floor and serving on the Point of Sale system, stocking shelves, and other jobs needed in the store.

**You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards, but not limited to**:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Comply with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act and Host Responsibility policies.
- Support the store manager with an array of operational tasks and projects, including stock ordering, stock takes, banking, cash handling, merchandising, and much more.
- Opening and closing of premises and associated security.
- Labelling goods and ensuring the correct price is displayed.
- Assisting the service delivery team with orders.

**Skills, experience and personal attributes required**
- Be physically fit, hardworking and reliable person with great attention to detail.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and always putting the customer first.
- The ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- High-energy individual with the ability to cope well in a very fast-paced environment.
- A passion for sales and prior sales experience in a similar environment is an added advantage.
- A current LCQ is preferred but not necessary to start, however, you will need to complete this once starting.

**Pay &Benefits**
- Hourly rate starts from $29.66 for full-time, permanent roles with a minimum of 30 hours guaranteed.

**Delivery Drivers**

An opportunity has arisen for two (2) energetic and strong people to join our Liquor Hut/vape store in Otahuhu, Auckland as Delivery Drivers.

**About the role - Delivery Driver**
As part of this role, the Delivery Diver will assist with transporting and delivering goods to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. You will be the face of the company on the street interacting with our customers as you deliver their orders, and collect signatures, while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

**The key responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
- Accepting payments for delivered items when necessary.
- Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

**Experience and Attributes Required**
- Level 2 or 3 qualification.
- No prior experience is required but it would be an advantage if you have some exposure to delivering goods in the retail or hospitality industry.
- Hold a current drivers license.
- Physically fit - Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Great attention to detail.
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own.
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- High-energy individual with the ability to cope well in a very fast-paced environment.
