Jean Sandel Retirement Village is searching for you** - Maintain a healthy work-life balance with job stability through fixed rosters - Enjoy additional long service and wellness leave and our hourly pay rates from $22.70 to $28.25 - We are an Accredited Employer and offer visa support if appropriate **About the Role** We have an exciting opportunity to join our beautiful Jean Sandel Retirement Village in New Plymouth, as a permanent full time Caregiver. - See below days and hours that would suit you:_ - Hospital Unit - Tuesday to Saturday, 0730 - 1300 - Hospital Unit - Friday to Tuesday, 0700 - 1500 - Dementia Care Unit - Sunday to Thursday, 1500 - 2300 - In this role you will:_ - Provide compassionate and high-quality care that is as we always say _"good enough for Mum or Dad"_ - Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families - Follow our resident's individual care plans with a person-centered approach - Use the latest technology including our own purpose-built care app "myRyman" - Work closely with, and support your colleagues creating a strong team environment **About You** - To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:_ - Strong empathy and kindness - Outstanding communication skills - A reliable, friendly and professional work ethic - Exceptional people skills and ability to build rapport with others - A natural passion of caring for others and making a difference in their lives **About Ryman** At Ryman, we believe the measure of a full life is one that gets richer with age.
