**What will you do?**

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead the townhouse stages on our Lincoln Road construction project in Hendersonm Auckland. You will lead a site-based construction team and take responsibility for health and safety, project planning, execution and quality assurance of works on site., and ensure work is proceeding as per site plans and specifications.

Your work will be diverse and varied and you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting, unique, large scale project.

**This is a full time, permanent position working 45 hours per week.**

**Who are you?**

In this full time position, you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting, unique, large-scale project.

You will:

- Have proven experience working on residential (multi-storey) projects in a Foreman capacity, specifically in façade detailing
- Have experience planning and coordinating multiple trades, as well as managing short term programmes
- Hold a relevant trade qualification
- You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to create a positive team atmosphere
